New release is focused on ANAQUA Express, the IAM solution for smaller IP teams

Boston, September 17, 2009 — Anaqua, a leading provider of intellectual asset management (IAM) software and services, today introduced a new version of its ANAQUA IAM solution that delivers recent enhancements in productivity and personalization to ANAQUA Express users.
ANAQUA Express 6.4 now allows each user to customize their IAM system environment to match their responsibilities, priorities and preferences.
- My Screen Layout enables users to configure their screen display using drag-&-drop, expand-&-close panels
- My Searches lets each user set up and save searches, then display search results with their selection of fields for review on screen or export to spreadsheets
- My Useful Links provides user-configurable links to websites, IP records, searches, reports and documents.
ANAQUA Express also includes new productivity features for docketing users.
- One Page Docketing provides a single, configurable screen with the information docketers need to complete their work without accessing multiple screens.
- Auto-complete Data Entry for contact names, organizations, projects, budgets and classifications.
- Enhanced Global Updates with flexible criteria for selecting records.
Additional major features in this release include: Microsoft Outlook email integration so emails and their attachments can be added to the chosen records in ANAQUA; new tools for the import and update of patent data so ANAQUA can be used for portfolio management with data from other docketing systems and public/paid information sources; enhanced financial reporting. ANAQUA6.4 is available immediately for both ANAQUA Express and ANAQUA Enterprise users.
