Anaqua Board Names Priya Iyer President

Former Chief Operating Officer Lead Record 2007 Growth
Boston, March 27, 2008 — Anaqua, a leading provider of intellectual asset management (IAM) software and services to global companies, has named Priya Iyer President. Ms. Iyer, who previously served Anaqua as Chief Operating Officer since joining the firm in June 2005, comes off of a highly successful year that saw firm revenues more than double.
“For the past three years, Priya has provided the leadership and broad knowledge of software products and services and intellectual property management that enabled Anaqua to rise to the leadership position in IAM solutions,” said Paul DiGiammarino, Anaqua Chief Executive Officer. “She has the expertise, talent and drive to sustain growth and move Anaqua further forward.”

Prior to joining Anaqua she was Senior Vice President, Operations & Delivery at Steelpoint Technologies, the market leader in electronic discovery and litigation support solutions. Steelpoint was acquired by Zantaz, which was recently acquired by Autonomy (LSE:AUTN). Earlier in her career Ms. Iyer, who lives in Wellesley, MA, held management positions with Agency.com, AT&T Bell Labs and Westinghouse Tata. Ms. Iyer holds an MBA from the MIT’s Sloan School of Management, where she was a Fellow in the program for Innovation and Global Leadership. She also holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in engineering.
During her tenure as COO, Anaqua secured and significantly expanded such clients as Microsoft, The Coca-Cola Company, Qualcomm, Philips semiconductor spinout, NXP, and Kimberly-Clark. Ms. Iyer has spoken before entrepreneurial groups at the Harvard Business School WSA HBS Conference on Web 2.0 Technologies and their impact on business and product strategy. She also has spoken at MIT Sloan School of Management’s Sloan Fellow Program. Ms. Iyer recently addressed the class of 2008 on business climate, innovation and strategies for success.
In a separate announcement, Jack Morgan, was named by Ms. Iyer as Vice President of Client Services, a position which reports to her. Mr. Morgan’s responsibilities include professional services, hosting and support. Previously, he was VP Information Technology at M|C Communications, a medical education provider. Prior to that, he held a senior position at AGENCY.COM Ltd., an Internet, interactive television and mobile business professional services firm that provides business models for interactive businesses.
