German IP leaders come together to discuss strategic management of intellectual property
Anaqua, Inc., a leading provider of intellectual property management software and services, announced today that it will host a conference on strategic IP portfolio management in Munich, Germany on May 9, in coordination with the Federal Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (BVMW).
IP experts from Germany’s most innovative corporations and patent law firms will come together at the “Münchner Künstlerhaus” to discuss a range of critical innovation and IP topics including patent strategy, efficient IP management, and the evaluation and development of IP portfolios in the company.
Presenters at the event include:
- Christian Grünberg, Head of Intellectual Property Management, MTU Aero Engines AG,
- Frank Bollmann, Managing Director, Vossius & Partner Patent Attorneys Lawyers,
- Michael Klein, Director, Anaqua Germany.
"We want to use the event to bring IP experts from corporations and patent attorneys together to stimulate exchanges on the best way to deal with intellectual property,” said Michael Klein, Director, Anaqua Germany. “As a result, we expect many of the top leaders in the domestic IP scene. A comprehensive management of their own IP values is becoming increasingly important, especially with large portfolios, IP departments and law firms face special challenges. But reconciling the management of their intellectual property rights with corporate strategy is essential for an efficient business "
Anaqua’s strategic IP portfolio management conference is another forum for mutual exchange of ideas among IP experts. Last November, Anaqua hosted a discussion on European Unified Patent and brought together experts from the industry.
