Ed Mullen, Chairman
Ed is also Chairman of Northstar Global Partners, a principal investor in Anaqua. He has extensive business, investment banking and venture capital relationships in the United States, Asia and Europe. Ed was President of MSGi and CMG Direct, both of which saw a ten-fold increase in market cap during his tenure. He spent 17 years, as president, in the advertising industry. As the founding President of the Massachusetts Interactive Media Council, Ed played an important role in the growth of the IT industry in Massachusetts. Ed is a frequent public speaker and a Trustee of the Judge Baker Children's Center, a Harvard University Medical School affiliate.
Paul DiGiammarino, CEO
Paul joined Anaqua as CEO in 2004. He was previously CEO of Steelpoint
Technologies, a premier provider of legal and compliance software
for Fortune 500 companies and global law firms. Prior to Steelpoint,
Paul ran Sapient North America, a $450 million software and services
company, serving many of the Fortune 100. Company revenue and
market capitalization grew by more than 200 percent during his
tenure there. Paul also founded and grew an industry-focused
software and professional services business at American Management
Systems. Paul is a Board member and Treasurer for the Fuller
Center for Housing, which works to provide decent housing for
people in need around the world. Paul is also actively involved
in FIRST
(For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology),
which works to inspire an appreciation of science and technology
in young people.
Reginald C. Foster, President
Reg joins Anaqua after two years as CEO of Alpine Access, Inc. where he tripled
its revenues. Previously, he was President of the Global Telecommunications
Group at Unisys, overseeing a $200 million/year business with 100 clients in
40 countries. He also served as non-executive board chairman for Eescape, Ltd.,
a London-based joint venture between British Telecom and Unisys. In the 1990s,
Reg was a VP at American Management Systems (acquired by CGI in 2005), playing
a lead role in growing AMS from a pre-IPO startup to a $1 billion business.
He is a director of Butler Automatic, Inc. and three non-profit organizations,
Old Rochester Community Television, Inc., the Marion Affordable Housing Trust
and the H. O. Peet Foundation.
Priya Iyer, COO
Priya brings to Anaqua over 15 years of experience in nearly every
facet of IT and has held senior positions in operations, strategy and IT
consulting, client relationship management, sales management, operations
and product development. She is responsible for operations, product development,
client relationships and delivery of Anaqua's premier IP solutions. Prior
to Anaqua, Priya was Senior Vice President of Operations & Delivery at Steelpoint
Technologies. Prior to Steelpoint, Priya held senior positions at AGENCY.COM,
AT&T and Foxboro Systems. Priya is a Sloan Fellow and a graduate of the
MIT, Sloan School of Management.
Joe Bradley, CFO
Joe has ten years of finance and operations with software companies. He joined Anaqua from Northstar Global Partners, where he was a partner focused on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Northstar, he led business development for Guardian Solutions, a security software company. Joe previously spent four years as a technology investment banker with Hambrecht & Quist. The majority of Joe's experience as an investment banker focused on the software and security sectors, including IPOs, private equity placements, and M&A.
Ian Reid, VP of Sales and Marketing
Ian has 25 years of marketing and business development experience in a range
of technology companies with a focus on the enterprise business software market.
Previously, Ian was VP Marketing at Spotfire, the business analytics vendor.
Before that he was SVP worldwide marketing at ATG, the ecommerce market leader.
He had marketing leadership roles at Open Market, Wavefront Technologies, Advanced
Visual Systems and Stardent Computer, and has been a strategic marketing consultant
to a number of early stage ventures.
Ralph Schroeder, VP of Intellectual Property
Ralph brings over 10 years of experience in the field of intellectual asset management, and is regarded as an industry thought leader, having worked with some of the world’s most highly regarded intellectual property owners. As Vice President of Intellectual Property, Ralph works closely with Anaqua’s clients throughout the solution lifecycle to define, build and institutionalize their IAM programs. Prior to joining Anaqua, Ralph held a number of senior management positions in the IP industry including with Dennemeyer & Co., Vinsoft Solutions, Delphion and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ralph began his career in intellectual property as an attorney in private practice concentrating in patents, trademarks, unfair competition and transactional matters.
