The Trademarks Management Solution provides a paperless, workflow-based system for managing the full trademark lifecycle including registration, secondary or foreign filings, trademark prosecution and trademark renewal processing. Copyrights and domains are also supported.
All trademark record information is maintained electronically including images, documents and email. For docketing, the system provides automated workflows, tasks and reminders with global country law support. Agents are able to securely access the cases assigned to them to upload search results and respond to instructions online.
This solution includes the standard ANAQUA IAM features: Online collaboration; integrated document and email management; user interface personalization; advanced online query and reporting.
Additional modules for Trademark Search and Clearance provide a portal for business client mark requests and the management of global search and clearance projects. The Conflicts module supports Oppositions, Infringement and other disputes. Cost and budget information can be captured in the system using the optional Invoicing module.
