Matter Management
ANAQUA provides modules for managing Agreements or Contracts, Conflicts or Oppositions and General Matters. They can be used for IP assets or any other appropriate legal matter. The built-in workflows can be configured and expanded to cover your specific approval and other processes, with reminders, alerts and escalation. There is full document and email library support and easy cross-linking to other related matters and assets.
The Agreements module manages the parties, terms, subjects, finances and many other details of an agreement. For more information see License Management.
The Conflicts module manages infringements, oppositions and other conflicts with a third party. Third party marks and patents are associated with the matter.
The General Matter module provides the flexibility to handle any other type of legal matter whether it is related to IAM or not.
